Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Hair products have not been opened, installed, brushed, or altered in any way

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.
